At Blackneck Coffee, every order is crafted with care. Because coffee is perishable, we cannot accept returns for personal preferences or opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@blackneckcoffee.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and photos.

All eligible items must remain unopened and in original packaging.
Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days after inspection.
