At Blackneck Coffee, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Return & Refund Policy
At Blackneck Coffee, customer satisfaction is our priority. As coffee is a perishable food product, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:
Products received damaged, contaminated, or with packaging defects.
Incorrect items received that do not match your order.
Non-Eligible Returns:
Returns based on taste preferences, personal reasons, or mistaken orders.
Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored.
Return Process:

Important Notes:
All returned items must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Customized gift sets and limited edition products are non-refundable unless defective.
